what went wrong?..

Received my NOC application results today.As usual usual, i didn't make it to the second round. seriously, i don know wad went wrong.. i'm not very nervous that day and i answered all questions..except for a kuku guy's question which aim to shoot me down.. was quite affected by it initially.. but then, to think on a brighter side, everything happen for a reason..

but still, what went wrong?
