i took this picture before my phone died on me! quite seh~
remember yesterday's post saying i'm going timbre? yay~ after meeting zq at cityhall, we went on a citytour~ we walked from cityhall to boat quay, after which we realised that we'r on the wrong track~ so we uturn back to funan IT and walked towards the philanthropic museum, or wadever museum it is~ then finally got to The Substation~ but then the place was teemed with people la~ and some of them still had to queue to go in~
we didn't want to wait (but who the hell will leave at that time mans, people go there, like us, to chilll wad! ), so we walked back to clarke quay, and toured around that area. for a moment, i thought i'm the tourist there! soo many ang mohss! i didn't know there's so many angmohs exist in singapore! and i think i've got a culture shock/night life shock lo. like the stufffs that i seee, ermm, i would nv be like them? hahaha! oh mans.
we continued walked to boat quay, then to the timbre at The Artshouse. like finaaly reached! i ordered something vodka~ and it taste horribly! and i think we reached there at about 11 plus~ listen to the live band and talked cock abit~and coincidently, the waitress, called yuet ting who served us is from dunman too! and she remembered us la! though zq don really know her. but then i rmb her la. my choir junior. and she really change alot manssss~really is 女大十八变.
okay, anyway, the band really sucks. i mean.. their attitude! nvm!
and we stayed till the place closed which is like erm, 2 plus~ and we took nightrider back! didn't know that the trip took us abt 1 hr la~ freaking loonnng~
zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
woke up late today and went for tuition!
papa mama came fetch me after tuition and we went pariss! omggg~ like finally get to eat pariss! seriously, i think i hate eating buffet~ machiam like torture ourselves. though i didn't eat until i puke, but then i feel it's unhealthy la! like not eating proper meal, eating all the jiapalang stuffs. tsk tsk tsk. they have prawn, live oyster, scallop, sashimi, shark fin's soup without shark fin, crabs, chocolate fondue etc etc.and i think they main thing is the live oyster la. like if nv eat the oyster sure lugi de. other things still hai hao lo. i still prefer eating in restaurant with quality chefs cooking delicious food! :D
anyway, all along i've been thinking about my life. and i kept asking around wad others' dreams are, what they wanna do etc etc. and i though i'm abnormal not knowing alot of things about myself, until i read someone's blog~ the blogger read a book called "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera. and she gave an insight of the book:
At the first few pages of the book, it says:"Not knowing what you want is actually quite natural"
Here's the reasoning:"We can never know what to want, because, living only one life, we can neither compare it with our previous lives nor perfect it in our lives to come".
"There is no means of testing which decision is better, because there is no basis for comparison...And what can life be worth if the first rehearsal for life is life itself"???
i find it really very 有道理！yupyup, mayb i should catch the book sooon!~ sounds interesting!
